Interstate Europe


With offices in Birmingham, Glasgow and Moscow, Interstate Europe Hotels & Resorts has a growing footprint in the region, with nearly 100 hotels and 15,000 rooms managed and under development across the UK, Ireland, Europe and Russia/CIS. Brands managed include Autograph Collection, Marriott, Renaissance, Courtyard by Marriott, Residence Inn, Hilton, Hampton by Hilton, Holiday Inn, Hotel Indigo, Holiday Inn Express and Ibis, in addition to a number of independent hotels and resorts, conference centers, spas and restaurants.

In the United Kingdom, with 64 hotels and over 8,000 rooms, owners benefit from a dedicated, Birmingham-based management platform with a secondary office in Glasgow.

In addition to localized and comprehensive hotel operations, sales, accounting, revenue management and e-commerce expertise, our Property & Technical team can help clients achieve their commercial objectives.  With over 70 years of combined experience in hotel development, construction and maintenance, our professional team is committed in providing  client-focused and brand compliant services, including:

In Russia/CIS, having opened the first Marriott hotel in 1995 and the first Hilton property in 2008 in Moscow, Interstate has distinguished itself as the leader in this market.

Interstate properties consistently outperform the market while maintaining high brand standards and guest satisfaction results.  With a fully staffed, Moscow-based office offering comprehensive management and development services, Interstate may assist owners with developing, branding and operating hotels including select-service, city-center business hotels and world-class resorts. Interstate currently operates 11 hotels in Russia.
