VP, Development & Acquisitions
Jackie Lee currently serves as Vice President, Development & Acquisitions for Interstate Hotels & Resorts and is part of the Asia Investment Group helping both foreign and U.S. owners manage all aspects of the hotel development process including acquisition, brand selection, renovations and ongoing management of their assets in order to meet their financial performance objectives.
Jackie has over fifteen years of experience in the hospitality industry including over five years working with Interstate in Shanghai. Her career with Interstate started in 2010 when she helped Thayer Lodging Group to launch Interstate China along with Chinese joint venture partner Jin Jiang Hotels. While with Interstate China, Jackie held the position of Special Assistant to the Board & Vice President of Strategic Growth where she worked across several areas including strategic partnerships, development, marketing, communications and public relations.
Previously, Jackie held the position of Director of Sales & Marketing with Aramark Corporation at the United Nations in New York City where she managed over $9M in sales annually and was responsible for catering to over 250 Heads of State during the annual UN General Assembly. Jackie also spent two months working at the Beijing 2008 Olympics where she helped to serve over 10,000 Olympic athletes per day in the Olympic Village as a catering manager for Aramark.
Jackie graduated from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science and also holds a Master of Business Administration from Kellogg at Northwestern University.
